A Signature Idaho Partner for Good Program

The Grantee Program

The only venture philanthropy model in Idaho, we provide $45k grants of nonrestricted funds and pro-bono consulting services to selected nonprofits over the course of 3 years. The end result are nonprofits with solid foundations and the capacity to accomplish their missions.

Help Us Do Good

We are only able to offer this program as funds are available. Please consider making an impact on Idaho nonprofits by partnering with us through a donation.

An Unmatched Program in Idaho for Nonprofits

The Grantee Program is our signature organizational effectiveness service built on the research that nonprofit organizations need more than 12 months to embed improvements and hold their gains. We “derisk” organizational improvements which is a cornerstone of being able to adapt to changing conditions locally and globally.

How Are Idaho Nonprofits Selected?

There are two ways for nonprofits to become a grantee.

  1. Nonprofits that complete the Transformational Leadership Cohort are automatically eligible and placed for consideration as openings become available.

  2. Members of the Idaho Partners for Good Crew identify qualifying Idaho nonprofits. Nominated nonprofits then go through a selection process.

Dear Nonprofit Leader,

The Transformational Leadership Cohort is a great place to start if you’re interested in the Grantee Program.

How the Grantee Program Works

We start by evaluating the Grantee's current operational state. By using a 360 degree assessment we use the results and co-design a 12 month action plan based on their highest priorities. Monthly, we come together to resource, mentor, and design solutions. Annually we assess progress and release additional funds. The Grantee Program lasts up to three years to improve the grantee’s performance and achieve long-term goals.
