Lantz is a Policy Researcher at the Idaho Policy Institute. He's worked on a wide variety of policy and public administration projects for nonprofit organizations, businesses, state and local governments. His personal research interests include nonprofit-government relationships, applied anthropology, and community service as a whole. He is married and has two children.

Lorraine has expertise in onboarding employees to make them into agents of change, encouraging cooperation to let collective intelligence bud, facilitating group discussions to lead them to co-designed decisions. She believes we have to give people the floor to make change happen. She supports her clients in driving their transformation projects *with* their staff.

Lorraine is also a sketchnoting and doodling addict. She likes to turn anything she reads or hears into a visual recap. She tells stories with doodles and a few key words. She believes a visual one-pager of a conference, a vision or a complex topic 101 helps focusing on key ideas, and being understandable and memorable.

Brandi is a Senior Accountant & Onboarding Specialist at Jitasa, a Boise-based B-corporation specializing in nonprofit accounting and bookkeeping services. Brandi is a native Idahoan, born and raised in Emmett. She is a multi-talented professional and community leader. She has volunteered her time to help a variety of nonprofit organizations with their finances. When she isn’t working you’ll find her on the golf course or coaching the Bishop Kelly girls golf team.

Born in Southampton, England, John Llewellyn moved to the U.S. in 1986 to marry his sweetheart Donna. They ventured to Idaho when Donna was offered a position at BSU in 2015. His career path includes being an Officer in the Royal Marines (ʻ68-ʻ79), an economics student (ʻ79-ʻ82), Magazine Editor of Naval Forces (ʻ83-ʻ86), and a magazine Publisher/Business Owner (ʻ86-ʻ18). John founded Lionheart Publishing in Atlanta and published magazines for nonprofit associations as well as his own titles. The content focused on operations research, healthcare, masonry construction, fast food, artificial intelligence, horse breeds, the film industry, and supply chain management. John retired in 2018 but continues to be involved in the community. From 2016-2020 he was the Coordinator for the Friendship Feast dinner program and is a former board member of the North End Neighborhood Association. John enjoys the Idaho outdoors in his free time for hunting, fishing, and gardening

Blossom has worked with over 1,000 Idaho nonprofits in all forty-four counties over the last 35 years. She started Idaho Partners for Good as result of finding a better solution to the same problems all for-profit and nonprofits struggle with--infrastructure. Having worked for two governors (Kempthorne, Risch), the J.A. & Kathryn Albertson Foundation, and in the start-up world, she understands Idahoans and our place-based resources like few others. Her purpose is to improve the well-being of families and children and she does this by leveraging opportunities, relationships, and resources. She is married, swims competitively, loves pickleball and putting her faith in action.
