Attempting to appease donors, nonprofits can place their focus on developing external projects. This approach to managing a nonprofit lacks strategy and is unsustainable, often is the cause of a nonprofit's demise. We work with nonprofits and donors to change how we think about nonprofit structures. In short, we teach how to give better, and resource and coach nonprofits so they get better.

For donors, we educate how to support nonprofits so they can more effectively support the nonprofits they care about.

We have developed frameworks based on best practices to help donors grow their impact through aligning with their values and changing their giving behaviors to better support the nonprofits they care about.

Get Better

For nonprofits, we offer support and resources (with opportunities to earn grant monies) to help them strengthen their internal structures. These opportunities include a team of consultants that come alongside participating nonprofit leadership (Grantee program) or our cohort approach that identifies teams of leaders from a variety of nonprofits to mastermind solutions to their structural needs (Transformational Leadership Cohort).
