Celebrating Transformation, and Fueling What Comes Next.

On June 18, the stage at Capital Eleven buzzed with energy, connection, and purpose. It was a night to celebrate the completion of Idaho Partners for Good’s most recent Transformational Leadership Cohort (TLC)—a groundbreaking experience that strengthens nonprofit leadership teams and the organizations they serve. But more than a celebration, it was also a call to action.

We honored four exceptional nonprofits—JEM Friends, Rolling Tomato, Idaho Smart Growth, and Girls on the Run Treasure Valley—who courageously committed to this deep, team-based leadership journey. With the support of expert coaches, these organizations strengthened their leadership, clarified their strategies, and positioned themselves for long-term sustainability. Each was awarded a completion grant of $1,000 at the celebration, marking a milestone in their evolution.

We also shared something harder to celebrate: one nonprofit had to step away mid-cohort. Like many in our sector, they had the heart—but not the internal bandwidth—to finish. Their story isn’t failure; it’s a reflection of a reality far too common. Transformation takes more than vision. It takes capacity, support, and time. That’s exactly what this program—and your support—makes possible.

If you haven’t yet seen the new TLC Impact Video, take a moment to watch it now: https://youtu.be/D5eQfrjhU2A. You'll hear directly from the leaders who participated—how they grew, what they overcame, and why this model is so needed.

There are 17 nonprofits on our waiting list for a future cohort. That’s 17 missions ready to be accelerated; 17 chances to build something better for the variety of Idahoans who are supported by these organizations—if we can secure the funding.

We’re ready to scale. More than ever, Idaho’s nonprofit sector is essential to our state’s families and the future of our communities—and it needs more than hope. It needs investment.

If you believe in strong leaders, thriving communities, and long-term change, please consider helping us bring the next cohort to life.
