2025 Impact Report: Building What Idaho’s Nonprofits Need—Before Crisis Hits.
In 2025, Idaho Partners for Good helped nonprofit leaders prepare for what’s coming—not just respond to the challenges or what’s already broken.
Across Idaho, nonprofits told us the same story: housing instability, childcare deserts, healthcare gaps, and food insecurity have been accelerating. At the same time, funding is shifting or tightening and complexity is rising.
Donor support made it possible for IP4G to step in early—strengthening leadership, improving collaboration, and building the infrastructure nonprofits need to serve Idaho families well in 2026 and beyond.
“With tighter budgets, the need to do more with less has never been greater.”
— Dawn Hall, Executive Director, IDEAL

Strengthening Nonprofits Across Idaho
Strengthening Leaders. Strengthening Systems.
Idaho Partners for Good supports nonprofits at every stage of maturity—through leadership development, governance, financial strategy, cohort learning, and hands-on consulting.
Transformational Leadership Cohort (TLC)
With support from the Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation, donor investment powered a team-based leadership model serving Rolling Tomato, JEM Friends, Idaho Smart Growth and Girls on the Run.
Participants reported measurable gains in leadership capacity, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. Fifteen additional organizations—many focused on housing—remain on the TLC waitlist.
“This kind of leadership development shouldn’t be optional—it’s essential.”

Two Statewide Reports
In response to growing uncertainty around federal funding and economic pressure, IP4G published:

When the Safety Net Frays: The Real World Impact on Idahoans - Highlighting consequences for working families and nonprofits.
These reports—combined with conversations with policymakers—catalyzed the Our Idaho: Neighbor-to-Neighbor campaign, formally launching in 2026 under the leadership of: Former First Lady Patricia Kempthorne, Retired College of Idaho President Jim Everett, Former Senator Cherie Buckner-Webb, BestBath family business (Multanen).
Growing Visibility & Partnerships
With donor support, IP4G expanded statewide visibility—bringing nonprofit realities into business, civic, faith-based, and policy conversations through:
Rotary Clubs, chambers of commerce, universities, conferences, and faith-based gatherings
Idaho Business Review’s Idaho 500
