Roma Bose: My superpowers are engaging donors and philanthropists toward effective action and tangible outcomes on issues they care deeply about. I deliver successful frontline fundraising outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. My 20+ years of global non-profit experience has resulted in millions of dollars to fund community development, new programs, and new non-profit organizations. I teach fundraising strategies and best practices to global non-profits and have helped large corporations and small-to-mid-size businesses design their giving priorities, including employee-engagement, matching gifts and cause-related-marketing programs. I’m driven to help develop strong and sustainable Idaho non-profits and can guarantee results.
Gillian Hill: My superpowers are learning about your business, understanding what you do, and translating that into something that is compelling and engaging to your ideal client. As a former attorney turned copywriter and editor, I am able to analyze your content and take both a high-level and detailed approach to ensuring it is something your audience want to read. I help organizations analyze their brand messages and voice so they have a consistent, professional identifiable sound across all their business content that connects with their ideal audience.
Blossom Johnston: My superpowers are connecting, facilitating, resourcing and human-centered design coaching. I see connections to out-of-the-box options where most don’t and am capable of bringing diverse perspectives and thinking to the mix to help identify better solutions. I’ve worked with more than 1,000 organizations from all forty-four Idaho counties and I bring a level of expertise and experience that few possess. My background as a philanthropic program officer, grant writer and federal grant reviewer, executive director, Board chair, and consultant lends great experience and insight into options and solutions. The multi-million dollar philanthropic investments I’ve managed have led to the creation of Bluum.org, Mission43, Khan Idaho, Go On Idaho and many other successful initiatives.
Lorraine Loury: My superpowers are onboarding employees to make them into agents of change, encouraging cooperation to let collective intelligence bud, facilitating group discussions to lead them to co-designed decisions. I believe we have to give people the floor to make change happen. I support my clients in driving their transformation projects with their staff: get commitment, encourage cooperation, give meaning to the change, write the story and build collectively a tailor-made change management plan. I am also a sketchnoting and doodling addict. I like to turn anything I read or hear into a visual recap. I like to tell stories with doodles and a few key words. I believe a visual one-pager of a conference or a mission statement definitely helps focusing on key ideas, and being understandable and memorable.
Mario Pile: My superpowers are the unique ability to connect quickly and deeply to help build relationships with people from all walks of life. I am a bridge-builder and can help individuals and organizations navigate difficult conversations regarding equity, help build cultural intelligence, and uncover areas that need to be addressed from a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion perspective. In my eighteen years of military service, I’ve developed a keen sense of discipline, focus and courage and applied it to my work with at-risk youth. Ten years working with youth has honed my coaching, mentoring and listening skills. The ability to work with youth to achieve their audacious goals transfers well to the workplace. Experience: Air Force Instructor Certified, Motivational Speaker, Fund Development, Coach.
Shawn Scudder: My superpowers are driving organizational value through digital transformation. I have a deep technology pedigree, commitment to community, and the ability to listen and understand the communication that happens ‘between the lines’ to address the real needs of an organization. Helping organizations address pressing issues by leveraging technology to create more efficiency saves them time and money. I bring different technology and business solutions to the table for better results and long-term success.
