By strengthening our AQ we are able to pivot and adapt to changes in our workplace, communities and personal lives. As we build our AQ we become more confident living in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. This workshop will provide an overview of both the agility and adaptability quotient, the concept of change today, and some easy to implement tips to help you strengthen your AQ.
About the speaker:
Megan Hudson received both her Bachelor and Master’s degree in communication at Boise State University and has been teaching team and leadership workshops for the past 25 years.
Her passion is to help others recognize and effectively utilize their talents within a team. It brings her great joy to help leaders and teams overcome their challenges and become unified and enthusiastic toward fulfilling their purpose.
Megan’s full-time job is at St. Luke’s Health System as an Organizational Development Manager. She is responsible for creating and facilitating workforce development workshops and partners with leaders to deliver effective and meaningful team building activities. She is currently assigned as the Change Lead for the HR workstream in a system-wide implementation project. She is also the owner of Team Builders Consulting and has had opportunity to work with several businesses in Idaho providing consultation and facilitation on teamwork, leadership, development programs, change and project management.
