Megan McCaleb is an Award-Winning Comedian, a masterful Improv Trainer and an Award-Winning author of her autobiography, "Not My Plan - Sucking it in Until I had to Push it Out." She is an expert in working with individuals and organizations to turn their “Yeah, But” attitudes into a “Yes, And” mindset.
McCaleb has an unusual career background that includes corporate roles in retail banking management and FEMA grant administration, while balancing her passion for performing stand-up and improv comedy, teaching improv, and coaching professionals to use improv insights in their personal development strategies.
She’s been speaking about the “Yes, And” mindset on stage for over a decade, and teaches improv in the workplace with teams of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her presentations and workshops are an energetic and insightful addition to conferences and leadership retreats, and are fantastic in-person or through video conferencing.
Her presentations are customized to company missions, conference themes, and specific directives of each client.
