About the event
About the topic: Intercultural principles are powerful assets that when used effectively increase intrapersonal/interpersonal communication, enhance cultural mediation and conflict resolution skills, and strengthen inclusive organizational culture. In this presentation, participants will learn about interculturality, its importance to DEI, and study proven techniques to develop an intercultural toolset. Best of all, the resources shared transcend professional boundaries and can be applied to all industries.
