Board of Directors

A scrappy group of diverse leaders
caring deeply for Idaho, her people and each other.

You won’t find another Board of Directors quite like this one. Why?
We purposely recruit with the intent to look different and behave differently.
Equity isn’t just a word for us but an action. We promote equity at every level of our organization
and embed it in our DNA through our values, giving levels, committee structure,
the rubric we use to identify our investees and in how we cultivate leaders.
